Region and language

Choose a country, supported Russian cities and a language. A city filter requires Russia as the only country.

Telegram Premium

EVIR requires status confirmed by Telegram. This filter is unavailable on API-connected placements.

Topics and placements

Choose relevant publisher topics. OP campaigns can run in bots, chats or both.

City matching is approximate. EVIR does not request coordinates or use IP geolocation. An unknown or ambiguous city does not qualify for a city filter.

Stop when you need to

You pay for the event defined by the selected format. Stopping the campaign releases unused reserved funds to your available balance.

Frequently asked questions

How do link opens and ad cards differ?

Link opens are paid without checking subscriptions. Ad cards cost the advertiser’s chosen RUB 3–10 only after a verified subscription or bot start. Sending and clicking alone are not paid; the publisher’s personal commission is deducted from that amount.
